We start by printing your design on our HP Indigo - the world's best digital printer.

We then cover the printed layer with a glossy, transparent layer of plastic (mylar to be specific) to protect your design and ensure it withstands bumps, scratches, water & chemicals.

Our silver metallic badges get printed on our metllic effect metallic material before being pressed into the badge casing.

This silver metallic material gives your design metallic colours. We can print white behind areas of your design to block out some of the silver.

Your silver badges are completed by a high-quality plastic casing that adds shine to your design and protects your photo against scratches and water.
